Tekpumps - Terms & Conditions

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and thus, once orders have been processed they MAY NOT BE returned for credit or exchange except as covered by the LIMITED WARRANTY. All systems are made for each specific order and are not returnable.

Payment must be made against TEKPUMPS standard commercial Proforma Invoice only. No vouchers or other customer forms of any kind will be used. Cleared funds required. Only mainland UK cheques or Travellers Cheques accepted. Please allow ten working days for clearance of mainland UK cheques. Bank or Electronic Fund Transfers welcome - details upon request. Payments accepted by American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard and VISA, but subject to 5% surcharge. Any prices shown are in Pounds Sterling unless indicated otherwise. All Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Residents of and shipments within the EU are subject to VAT - the current rate of which is 17.50% (05/2001).

Goods are FOB either the TEKPUMPS factory in London England or alternatively London Heathrow Airport at the customers option. Carriage, Packaging and Insurance are separately chargeable where a customer requests direct delivery.

All products are covered by a LIMITED WARRANTY for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment by TEKPUMPS. This warranty is limited to the repair,
replacement or credit at TEKPUMPS option for any items found to be defective in either materials or workmanship after inspection by TEKPUMPS engineers at its main headquarters. APPROVAL MUST FIRST BE OBTAINED FROM TEKPUMPS PRIOR TO THE RETURN OF ANY MERCHANDISE UNDER THIS WARRANTY. Shipping charges for all materials returned under this Limited Warranty are to be prepaid by the customer. ALL MATERIALS RETURNED WITHOUT A TEKPUMPS RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED WILL BE REFUSED.
